You do not need AI to track ideas, run huddles, or review KPIs.

How AI credits work

Manual tools included in your plan and viewing saved AI results use no credits. Each metered generation request or attempt to start a KAI voice session uses 1 credit. Charging happens before output, so failed attempts and deliberate retries can also use credits.

Your plan’s allowance is shared across your organization and resets on a rolling 30-day cycle. Unused included credits don’t carry over. Included credits are used before purchased credits, which do not expire. When no credits remain, metered AI pauses until the allowance resets or an admin adds credits in Settings → Billing.

Scheduled analysis is off by default. If explicitly enabled for your organization, each scheduled attempt also uses 1 credit without a fresh click.
