Build the X-Matrix in Six Steps
Capture 3–5 year Breakthrough Objectives, Annual Objectives, Annual Improvement Priorities (AIPs), and Targets to Improve (TTIs). Connect the quadrants with weak or strong correlation marks and assign primary and secondary owners.
Track Every Target on the Bowling Chart
Each TTI gets a bowling-chart row for monthly plan versus actual, a measurement owner, and a year-end target. The direction setting helps identify when a target is off plan.
Action Plans and Countermeasures
Give each improvement priority an owner, support team, situation summary, and action timeline. When a target is impacted, record a problem statement and corrective actions; the Overview tab brings priority status, TTI health, and open countermeasures into the review.
