The Service includes AI-powered features (collectively referred to as "KAI"), which — depending on your subscription tier — may include the AI Insight Engine, AI-Assisted Process Mapping, Digital Twin Monte Carlo Simulation, Kaizen Culture Monitoring, the Daily Huddle AI Report, the 5 Whys assistant, and any other feature that produces AI-generated content.

To deliver these features, we send the inputs you provide (such as problem descriptions, process steps, KPI values, idea text, and related metadata about your organization, sites, and departments) to third-party large language model providers — currently Google's Gemini family of models, accessed through the Genkit framework — for processing. Responses are returned to you and may be saved against your organization's account.

We do not knowingly send special-category personal data, payment card data, passwords, or government identifiers to AI providers, and we do not use your organization's data to train our own models. Your AI provider may retain prompts and responses for a limited period for abuse-monitoring purposes in accordance with their own terms; please refer to Google's Gemini API terms and privacy documentation for details.
