How we protect your improvement data
Your team's ideas, numbers and processes are your competitive advantage. Here's exactly what keeps them safe — in plain language, with nothing overstated.
Payments are handled by Stripe
When you subscribe, you pay through Stripe Checkout — the same payment platform used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your card details go directly from your browser to Stripe and are never sent to or stored on our servers. We only ever hold a reference to your Stripe subscription, never the card itself.
Sign-in and sessions are locked down
Accounts and passwords are managed by Firebase Authentication, Google’s identity service — we never see or store your password ourselves.
Once you’re signed in, your session lives in an encrypted, digitally signed cookie that JavaScript on the page can’t read. Sessions are enforced on our servers to expire after 24 hours of inactivity — a stale cookie can’t be used to stay signed in.
Your data is isolated to your organisation
Every idea, KPI, huddle record and template in the platform is tagged with your organisation and checked on the server on every request. Someone from another organisation cannot read your data, even by manipulating requests — the check happens on our side, not in the browser.
This isolation is backed by automated tests that run before changes ship, so it stays enforced as the product evolves.
Hosted on Google Cloud, encrypted end to end
Your data lives in Google Cloud (Firebase), the same infrastructure Google runs its own products on. All traffic between your browser and the platform is encrypted with HTTPS, and Google encrypts stored data at rest by default.
Your data never trains AI models
The AI features (KAI, the insight engine, process mapping and reports) process your inputs to give you answers — nothing more. We do not use your organisation’s data to train our own AI models, and this commitment is written into our privacy policy.
Clear privacy rights, opt-in cookies
Our privacy policy spells out what we collect and why, and gives you the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Non-essential cookies (analytics) only run if you explicitly opt in.
