The Savings Over Time chart plots cumulative money saved and hours saved on a shared timeline so you can see when finished ideas actually started paying back. The Idea Completion Status bar alongside it shows how many ideas are still in progress versus finished for the same period.
See where ideas are stuck
Average Stage Duration breaks out the mean days ideas are spending in Plan, Do, Check and Act, so a long bar tells you exactly which step is slowing the cycle. Monthly Idea Flow sits next to it, comparing how many ideas were created versus completed each month.
Pipeline and PDCA funnel at a glance
Idea Pipeline by Effort stacks in-progress and finished ideas across Simple, Moderate and Complex so you can sanity-check whether the small wins are flowing. The Idea Funnel beside it shows the share of active ideas currently sitting in each PDCA stage.
